I used Lucy Chesna’s My Sketch World December sketch to create this layout on how to make ice cream from snow!  The border at the bottom of the page is a scallop border. 

Since the paper was double-sided I took the cutaway piece, cut it very short and then put the reverse side under the scallops.  A simple, quick and easy way to enhance your pages.  Here's a close-up
