How do you cut a circle?

Cutting a circle is one thing, but cutting a ring is another.  This card shows off what a neat accent a ring of patterned paper can be.

I used a wonderful collection of papers by Bella Blvd for my card.

Notice my green patterned paper ring? You can cut a ring of paper if you have two of the just right sizes of punches but most often, it is pretty hard to have the correct sizes plus, in this case, it would be hard to have big enough ones. Here is where the Kreaxions circle cutter really shines. I cut a big circle and then slightly changed the setting on the cutter tool and cut a smaller circle out of the bigger one. What is additionally neat about this tool is that I get to pick exactly the size of the width of my ring because of the many settings with the circle cutter.   There just isn't an easier way to make an accent like this then with the Kreaxions circle cutter.
