Circle Cutter-

Punch 603

Creating Handmade Flowers…

Hi everyone! Its Wendy and I'm back to share a card I created using the Kreaxions Lotus punch (#603). I was so excited to have the chance to work with the Lotus punch this month because I knew it would take the work out of creating handmade flowers.

To create the flowers I used on the card, I punched a handful of Lotus flowers from cardstock. Next you need to spritz them with water. Let them sit for a few seconds and then scrunch them up. Allow them to dry. When they are dry, smooth them out a bit and layer 3-4 flowers together, adhering them in the centers with wet adhesive. The result is gorgeous handmade flowers that only took minutes to make.

I love the lotus flowers They are lovely. My question is how do you fit a card made with this beautiful flower in an envelope? I see many 3 dimensional items on cards so I know there’s a way.
    Thanks for the wonderful idea.
