I  love punched borders and this one is fun as it bearly peeks out at the side of my card.

I cut my two circles with the Kreaxions circle cutter. This makes for the easiest way to get perfect layers.

Then, I used on of my patterned papers to punch a border with the #904 Kreaxions 4-in-1 punch and let the punched edge just peek out a little bit. This adds a tiny bit of added interest to the finished card.

The flower is created with wire and then Flower Soft was added to it.
