The Kreaxions Circle Cutter made this project so easy to put together. I used various sizes of circles to frame these photos and let my patterned paper do the talking.

The circles for the large porthole are the following sizes:
Red Frame:7 1/8" outer, 6 5/8" inner
Blue Frame cut in Back Ground paper:6 1/2"
Shell Frame:6"
Anchor Frame: 4 1/2"
The circles for the small porthole are the following sizes:
Red Frame:5 1/2" outer, 5 1/8" inner
Blue Frame cut in Back Ground paper:5"
Shell Frame:4 1/2"
Anchor Frame:3 1/2"
