Welcome to another Thrilling Thursday!
I've got a fun card and quick tutorial for you this time.
Here are the directions for making the skirt.
Step 1:Cut patterned paper into 1 inch strips
Step 2:Punch the end with Kreaxions Punch #917.
Step 3:Cut aprox. 1.5 inches off the strip and repeat Step 2.
Step 4:Ink the edges with a sponge and the center of the punched design with a Q-tip.
Step 5:Arrange in tiers.
