Hey there scrappy friends!
Lisa here today to sharea birthday card I made for my niece.
I used the fabulous circle cutter to cut a 3" circle. I used Stencil B and marked just the short lines. I then punched every other line with the Kreaxions 4 in 1 Punch # 916. I also used the same punch, with no insert, to punch a border. I added part of that border to the top of the card to make a pennant:
