Today's card is a layered Birthday design.
I adhered the number with pop dots then framed it with ledger paper and Kreaxions Punch #301. To make the punched design stand out I backed the frame with a dark colored paper.

This card illustrates another use for scraps. The ledger frame is the negative of a 4 inch circle. I used the outer circle Positioning Parts to place the punch.
