Hi,this is Linda hoping you are enjoying a beautiful spring day! My card is made by using the circle cutter, template B, cutting an 18 cm circle then cutting an 8 cm circle out of the center. I used punch 902 and also used the cut center circle inside my punch ring. The flowers are fussy cut…added a few pearls and a touch of ribbon.
