Hi…. Bev here today with lots of fun cards using the Floral Collection from Robin's Nest….
and the amazing punches and circle cutter from Kreaxions.
The card above starts with a fun background striped paper.
I used the sunburst cut file on another floral paper. I used pen to accent the one edge of sunburst.
Centered on the sunburst is a matted the rubon sentiment that I cut and matted
using the circle cutter… I then added twine around it.
I Kreaxion punched #603 flowers, added stickles and also added dew drops.
This card has a patterned print background with tattered edges and ink added.
Using Kreaxions star template and using punch #309 I created the doily out of another
floral print. Using black cardstock as accent colour I punched a mathing border which
I matted to pop the flowers. Lots of inked edges to give a
softer look and some fun stitching is added also.
Using another Kreaxions flower punch #603 and Kreaxions leaf punch #602.
This was add to top off the doily and a dew drop added at centre.
Using the rubon sentiment I matted it twice to give it pop.
On the left side some layers of twine are tied and finished with a bow.
Up next is a card using the same papers. They really compliment each other.
At the top I punched a Kreaxions punch #920 border.
The throw away piece is the banner through the centre of card separating
the 2 different patterned papers. Lots of inked edges again too.
The sentiment is a Robin's Nest rubon with a matted border.
It's hard to see but I added dew drops to the centres of the lower flowered print.
Changing up the colour now to shades of purple and adding a touch of pink was a perfect touch.
Fun striped background with smaller piece of floral print.
On this I added a Kreaxions punch # 301 border and added
dew drops to the centres of the punched accent.
Twine is wrapped around the whole matted section and a bow tied.
The sentiment on this one is ink stamped and matted.
Below it are some gem stones.
As you can see it's so easy to make any kind of card… and adding punched accents
gives a cool, fun added touch to so many projects.
They make up so quickly and nicely with awesome colour combo options.
Use matting, add dew drops, some more flowers,
some punched borders and accents and a touch of twine..
they look fabulous.
