Hi All! – Happy Wednesday, hope everyone is well!
Today I am posting a card that I made for a {new, online} Scrappy Friend!
For this card I cut a circle in both the {heart} patterned paper and the {red cardstock – slightly smaller circle} using the {amazing} Kreaxion's Circle Cutter – allowing the second patterned paper to show through.
I added a small tag, stamped with a new puchase from ETSY and framed with some washi tape!
