Hi! Chris here and today I am sharing this layout I created using my circle cutter and my #916 punch. I started by cutting 2 circles with my circle cutter. I used the stencil to mark the back side of my black cardstock and then punched along the stencil lines. I added some bling to the center of my punch outs.
