Circle Cutter-

Punch 311

Circles and A Ribbon Border

Today I’m sharing a page about some internet friends who got together for the first time a couple of years ago.  Several of us returned and a few new ones joined us this past weekend and oh MY what fun we had!!!  On this layout I used my Kreaxions Circle Cutter to cut my pictures.  Did you know that tucked away inside the chamber for the extra blades that there’s a disk for cutting pictures too?  You simply put the disk on the bottom of the holding point and use your cutter just like always!  How clever of Kreaxions to think of that for us!  I chose not to mat my pictures this time but the Kreaxions Circle Cutter makes matting your circle pictures easy!

Houston Fun R1
Materials – Sketch – Jillibean Soup; Papers – My Mind’s Eye (from the Stella Rose line); Stamps, Ink  – CTMH; Border Punch – Kreaxions #311 with Template A; Circle Cutter – Kreaxons; Pearls – Queen & Company; Title Letters – Cosmo Cricket, Thickers; Ribbon – Offray; Ink –Colorbox; Pens – Sakura Gel Roll, Sharpie

Now on to the border…  Kreaxions Punch ##311 with Template A makes a great border which is easy to thread ribbon through!  It gives your ribbon a kind of mat as well as adding just a little extra to your page.  It was just the thing my page needed! Here's a close up view of the border…

And the pieces around the stamped words are cut aways from the border!  Here's a close-up view to show there's no hole in the picture and also to show the cut away pieces from the border around the word…

Close Up 1
I hope you’ll remember the Kreaxions Circle Cutter and your Kreaxions punches the next time you create a page or a card!  Don't forget to use those little cut away pieces too!  Happy Punching!  Ginni Gass, DT Member
