Charity here from Scrappin' Chaos.

Today's card uses Kreaxions Punch #301 to add layers.

First I punched a strip of white paper, then trimmed the inside into points. I used this paper to layer under the inside of the frame. I cut the blue paper 1.25" larger than the frame on two sides. I punched both these larger sides with Punch #301.
