When I was creating this card I knew it needed just one more little accent and so I quickly picked up my Kreaxions circle cutter to cut a ring.
I think the Kreaxions circle cutter is like a little miracle worker! It has to be the fastest and easiest way to cut a circle and then beyond that two circles, one inside the other to cut a ring.
The little hot air balloon is a Hero Arts stamp. I stamped a background stamp first with black ink so that became the pattern on my balloon.
