Good morning everyone, it's my turn to post on the blog and I believe the title of this layout says it all. While my friend and her granddaughter are fabulous, the Circle Cutter is even more so. I was able to easily and quickly cut the 2 large circles on my layout. The print circle is approximately 9 1/2" and the cardstock circle is approximately 10". The Circle Cutter was able to cut both papers quite easily. This Circle Cutter is the absolute best!!!
